  • Original Roofline intact
  • Grooved Siding Facade (Eichler or T1 11 paneling replacement)
  • Original or Similar Front Door (plain, plain with eyepiece, appropriate 1960s period replacement)
  • Original or Similar Garage Door (plain, plain with eyepiece, appropriate 1960s period replacement)
  • Original or Similar Period Lighting Fixtures (Original Eichler Glass Rectangle Fixture, plain round glass globe fixture, or similar non-decorative "Modern" fixture)
  • Original or Similar Period House Numbers (Helvetica or simple numbers)
  • Appropriate Period or Subdued Landscaping (concrete, aggregate, wood stairs or steps)

    Contributor Modified Acceptable Attributes

  • No Grooved Siding (Stucco or other finish)
  • Non-period door: (stained glass, window, with excessive non-period decorative embelishment)
  • Non-Eichler Garage Door - with decorative embelishment or windows.
  • Windows have been replaced with glass block
  • Windows are removed due to structural necessity.
  • Non-Modern style lighting fixtures (wrought iron, lantern or other decorative fixtures)
  • Non-Original House Numbers
  • Inappropriate Non-Period or Excessive Landscaping

    Non-Contributor Attributes

  • Roofline is altered
  • Atrium has been enclosed
  • Facade or Entrance is modified beyond recognition
  • Additional Architectural Attributes added (Columns, Additional Square Footage, etc.)
  • Carport has been enclosed or removed
